Eligibility

Due to the new timeframe of this tournament, eligibility is limited to club invite only and teams must be a Maine soccer club or recreational organization registered with Soccer Maine in the U-10, U-11 or U-12 age groups. There will be a separate division for boys and girls. With expected future growth, we are hoping to open the tournament to statewide participation.

In the event that the Soccer Blast is oversubscribed, entry will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Your team will be notified as soon as possible as to its registration status. Full refunds will be given for teams that are not entered if the tournament fills.

Suggested roster size is eight, but teams may carry fewer or greater numbers if they wish. All players must be registered with Soccer Maine and complete and submit medical release forms (available below) before they will be permitted to play. Medical release forms may be submitted an hour before their first game.

Registration

Team registration forms and payment are due by September 13th, 2008. Medical forms for each player are due 1 hour prior to the first game.

To register:

• Complete the team registration form.
• Write a check for $100.00 payable to "Yarmouth Colts". If your team has fewer than 10 players, the fee is $10 per player.
• Mail both so they are received by September 13th, 2008 to:

On game day:

• Bring one completed medical form for each player.
• Arrive at least 1 hour prior to your first game for team registration.
